Scott Lindner, Owner and Handler

After receiving a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice, Scott Lindner spent the next 24 years as Deputy Sheriff with the Dane County Sheriff's Office in Madison. Of that time he spent 22 years as the EDD K-9 Handler.

Scott's credentials include:
- Selected as the Sheriff's Department's explosive canine handler.
- Apporved by the DEA to have license to possesss narcotics for the purpose of canine training.
- Scott has assisted in training several other canine handlers in the State of WI and other states.
- Certifiend as a canine trainer through Vohne Liche Kennels.Vohne Liche is a full service K-9 training facility where the best go for highly trained Police Service Dogs. VLK has trained Police and Military Service Dogs.
- Scott has also attended many schools and received certifications throughout his 22 years as a canine handler.

Scott and Nordi have been locating bed bugs since 2015. Not all dogs can be trained to find bed bugs. Dogs like Nordi have a high hunt behavior. A dog that will pass up food to search for its reward is a good indication of high hunt drive.
