Inspect and Certify

Not sure if you have bed bugs? Our Inspect & Certify program refers to our trained canines thoroughly inspecting a specific area or property for the presence of bed bugs, and if none are found, your team provides a formal report stating that there is no evidence of bed bug infestation.

  • Here's How the Process Works

Thorough Inspection: Our trained canine, with strong scent detection abilities, is brought to the location to systematically search for the scent of bed bugs. The dog and handler carefully examine various areas, including furniture, mattresses, cracks, crevices, and other potential hiding spots.

Detection Process: The dog is trained to provide specific behaviors or signals when they detect the scent of bed bugs. Handlers closely observe the dogs' behavior and confirm any potential detections.

Certification: If no bed bugs or signs of infestation are detected during the thorough inspection, our team will provide a formal report stating that the inspected area is free of bed bugs. This certification can be valuable for providing peace of mind to residents or customers.

Ongoing Monitoring: Ongoing monitoring of bed bug inspections involves regular assessments of an area or property for the presence of bed bugs after an initial inspection. This proactive approach helps to catch any potential bed bug infestations early and prevent them from becoming widespread.

Our dogs are trained to detect bed bugs and are far more accurate than human-eye test. They can inspect a room in minutes with visual confirmation from their handler. We are certified through the Wisconsin Pest Control Association and the National Entomology Scent Detection Canine Association.
